Julie has worked over a decade with Fortune 500 companies from salespeople to CEO's in the training, coaching, and ghostwriting capacity. She understands business and the technology of business. She also knows that many leaders are unconsciously competent. This is the precise reason why Julie created a method for tapping that unconscious genius.

In other words, leaders often can't appreciate what makes them successful as leaders because they are “naturally” born leaders. That is the reason many leader's substance and style never translate to the next generation of leaders.
